1126 - 1150

The First mention about Zbýšov and Damírov is donating sheet from Bishop of Olomouc Jindřich Zdík (the sheet is not dated).
1331 In the list of Arcibishop Arnošt from Pardubice is writen about parish church of St. John Baptist in Zbýšov, here called Beissovec.

1369

In pope's register of churches, Zbýšov is named Beissowec and marked as pauper = poor.

27.4.1377

As an abbot of Sazava's church was chosen Petr from Zbýšov (died in the function of abbot in 1405).
3.9.1463 Zbýšov (named as Zbejssov) cam as part of Chlum monarchy into property of Slavata from Chlum and Košumberk Clan.

1582

To this date, most likely until the end of the 16. century, the pond constellation was built, beginning in Dobrovítov and finishing in Zbýšov, meaning also the Great pond of Zbýšov.

1602

Zbýšov's mill built; cancelled and ruined in 1906.
5.10.1604 Zbýšov mentioned as Zbeyssov Court in sale of Chlum monarchy, bought by Jan junior from Lukavec from Jiřík Sadovský from Sloupno.
1636 Zbýšov mentioned in list of property given to Water Deveroux (of Ireland) as Sbejhov Court.
25.9.1651 Zbýšov mentioned in list of sold property to Ferdinand Rabenhaupt from Suchá as Beyšovec plough court.
1700 Zbýšov appeared on list of division of Rabenhaupt family's property: for the first time named just like as a village Zbýšov v Čechách - Zbýšov in Bohemia (Zbeischow in Böhmen in German language).
1705 Build court and parish in Damírov.

1759

First written mention about Zbýšov's school, by than time placed in farm of Damírov, which was parish at the same time.

1786

Gospel school found in Opatovice.

1800

After downfall of court Damírov, school replaced to Zbýšov.
16.9.1819 On sale of Sedlec and Krchleby monarchy to Karl Filip Schwarzenberg, Zbýšov named again as "Zbejšov" (Zbeischow).
29.5.1866 New built school consecrated (May 1864 - November 1865), teachering started with school year 1866/1867.

1871

Probably the first ever, by authority chosen mayor of Zbýšov, was Josef Horák.

1872

New parish finished, enlangred graveyard around church to north and west and wall built around garden of parish and churchyard.

1872

Trains stations Leština and Vlkaneč found on a new built segment of Northwest railroads (Čáslav - Havlíčkův Brod).
7.8.1872 A lighting around 10 pm set fire to tower of church, covered by shingle, and almost everything in the church has burned down with the church itself.

1873

Road from Chlum to Leština finished, which enabled people to reach the train more comfortably.
13.9.1885 New church consecrated (built between 1882 and 1885).

1901

Police station found in Zbýšov.

1903

Road Zbýšov - Klucké Chvalovice - Vlkaneč built.

15.8.1904

Created Post Office in Zbýšov (called "K.k. Postamt Zbeischow in Böhmen").

1906

First Pharmacy with a practitioner settlement in Zbýšov.

1908

Savings Bank created - Kampelička - Spořitelní a záložní spolek pro Zbýšov a okolí (Savings Bank for Zbýšov and neighborood).

1919

After first Individual Czechoslovakian General Secrets Elections (both men and women chose) was selected the first municipal comnittee; first democratically chosen mayror was Josef Polenský.
15.2.1919 Amateur and educational society Boleráz found (first amateur production).

1920

All children, without dependence on religion, are able to attend Gospel school in Opatovice and Catholic school in Zbýšov. - Public library set.
4.6.1923 Storm with hurricane from west, around 7 pm, destroyed roof of the tower and partly even low aisle of church. Tower was not repaired to its previous stance until 1927.

1925

For the first time in Zbýšov caught radiobroadcasting Radiozurnal from Prague by headphones with crystal.

1927

At the Post Office in Zbýšov established the first telephone.
1929 Private bus link started between Zbýšov and Čáslav.

5.4.1932

Village got into its property the Great pond of Zbýšov.

1935

In Zbýšov found Jednota československého Orla (Catholic Association of the Czechoslovakian Eagle)

1936

Established Včelařský spolek pro Zbýšov a okolí. (Beekeeper's Club for Zbýšov and neighborhood) - Found Místní péče o mládež (Local Care of Youth).

1937

Into the front face of school inserted a plate, reminding Josef Petr, fallen soldier from World War I. at service of Czechoslovakian Company "Nazdar" in French Army, and Karel Vítek, soldier from the famous Battle of Zborov.

18.7.1937

New built Orlovna consecrated.

1938

Found Zahrádkářský spolek pro Zbýšov a okolí (Gardening Club for Zbýšov and neighborhood).
1940-41 First recreation cottages built in Zbýšov.
28.9.1942 Established Fire Department in Zbýšov. Fire truck bought in 1943; Fire Department Armory built in 1949.
1945 Telephone established in most of Zbýšov surrounding villages. Organization KSČ (Communist Party of Czechoslovakia) established in Zbýšov.
1946 First post-war elections won Czechoslovakian Democratic Party; KSČ got least votes of all.
2.5.1948 Established bus route Čáslav - Hraběšín - Zbýšov - Damírov; afterwards, the same year, also route Čáslav - Žáky - Zbýšov - Dobrovítov.
1.9.1949 School in Zbýšov was promoted to High School.

1.1.1950

In Zbýšov was found the Register Office, in house number 33 was established Civil Marriage Hall.
1951 Health Centre found in Zbýšov, in house number 37.
30.12.1954 Celebration of first switch of electricity to open at transformer on Horák Hill into a new built electronic power distributor during October to December 1954 - in Zbýšov electrification was done as in one of the last villages. Before Zbýšov, electricity was put already on after 1945 in Klucké Chvalovice, Chlum, Čejkovice and other ones.
